Notifications not working?
Make sure PrayerMemo has notification permissions in Settings > Notifications > PrayerMemo. You can also adjust reminder timing from within the app.
Premium access
Premium is purchased through the App Store. If you've already purchased it, try restoring purchases from the app's settings screen. If you're still having trouble, email us.
Privacy & data
Your prayer data is stored on your device and, if enabled, synced through your personal iCloud account. PrayerMemo's servers never store your prayer requests. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
iCloud & prayer data
PrayerMemo uses iCloud to sync your data across your own Apple devices. Make sure iCloud is enabled in Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud. PrayerMemo servers never receive your prayer data.
Newsletter unsubscribe
To unsubscribe from PrayerMemo Weekly, click the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email. Newsletter signup is entirely separate from the app itself.
